Here for Life
Here, for Life.

You may have heard by now that we’ve been granted an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) and are now categorised under a Miscellaneous Financial Product.

This marks a significant development for iExtend, strengthening our Life Co-ownership Arrangement by providing more Australians with the opportunity to retain some Life cover that they would have otherwise cancelled.

This also means that we’ve made changes to the way you can do business with us.

Our AFSL means that we can now take the heavy lifting out of your client’s onboarding journey with iExtend. Combined with robust measures that we’ve put into place, you can count on us to provide the service you need for retaining your eligible clients’ Life insurance policies.

Here, to do
the heavy lifting.

Navigating the administration that comes with better client outcomes can be challenging, so we’re making it easier by having our General Advice team manage your client’s onboarding journey with iExtend. And in doing so, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Here, to put you
front and centre.

We understand the relationship you have with your client is centered around trust. And our role is not to take over, but to enhance and support that relationship – keeping you front and centre.

Here, for
more certainty.

With anything new and unique often comes some uncertainty, so we’ve put robust measures in place for added peace of mind.

Our comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance and Vulnerable Client Policy means that you can rest assured that we’ve done everything possible to ensure it’s all smooth sailing should your client take up the iExtend Life co-ownership offer.

Here, just in case.

While no one wants things to go wrong, sometimes they do not go as planned. To help share the load, we’re here to support you in case of a complaint. As members of AFCA, we’ll act as a third party in the case of a client complaint, working collaboratively to achieve the best outcome for everyone.
